We understand that cleanliness is essential to feel at home. Apartments are meticulously cleaned before your arrival and we check it together upon your arrival. Climate control

All flats feature air-conditioning (except Type B low cost) and central heating. Concorde apartments have central heating from November 15th to March 15th. Lutecia apartments’ central heating has no such restriction.

Accessibility

Apartments can be accessed with a wheelchair and electric scooter. However, the access ramp to the building has a gradient of more than 6% (https://www.boe.es/diario_boe/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2010-4057).
